Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the updated Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Renault Crescent.

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council authorize the installation of speed humps on Renault Crescent, between Chapman Road and Royal York Road. 2. Etobicoke York Community Council direct the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of 9 speed humps on Renault Crescent, between Chapman Road and Royal York Road, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawings TC-314, TC-315 and TC-316 dated June 2024, from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
