The total number of properties with outstanding receivable balances of $500,000 or more is thirty (30), including twenty-seven (27) owned by corporations and three (3) owned by individuals as mentioned above. When compared to what was reported as of December 31, 2023, the total number of properties with receivables of $500,000 or more has increased.
