Toronto Water (TW) After reviewing Ontario Education Collaboration Marketplace (OECM) document number 2024-446-01, the City intends to enter into an agreement with Noble Corporation for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) separate one (1) year periods. Recommended Supplier: Noble Corporation. Contract Award Value: $11,826,000 net of all applicable taxes and charges $13,363,380 including HST $12,034,138 net of HST recoveries The contract is expected to start on February 1, 2025, and end on January 31, 2028.
