The Chief Procurement Officer recommends that the Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the following contract: Solicitation Number: Request for Proposals Doc4847094809 Description: Update Downsview Phases 3-4 Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for major street and servicing infrastructure within the former Downsview redevelopment area. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of three (3) years from the date of the award with the option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.
