The Bid Award Panel adopted the following: 1. Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (January 23, 2025) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Kinetic GPO Request for Standing Offers Number 21-12 Sourcing Project WS4863184450 Description: For the provision of Information Technology Solutions and Services for the City's Office of the Chief Information Security Office from the date of award, for a term of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) consecutive one (1) year periods on an as-needed basis. After reviewing Kinetic GPO Request for Standing Offers Number 21-12, the Office of the Chief Information Security Office will leverage the established contract with Kinetic GPO and CDW Canada and enter into an agreement with CDW Canada. Recommended Supplier: CDW Canada Contract Award Value: $13,350,000 net of all applicable taxes and charges $15,085,500 including HST and all applicable charges $13,584,960 net of HST recoveries Contract is expected to start on the date of award and end December 31, 2027. The Chief Procurement Officer recommends that the Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the following contract: Solicitation Number: Request for Proposals Doc4847094809 Description: Update Downsview Phases 3-4 Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for major street and servicing infrastructure within the former Downsview redevelopment area. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of three (3) years from the date of the award with the option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval. Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Transportation Services will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions. Recommended Supplier: Parsons Inc.
