The Etobicoke York Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Milkwood Avenue, between Martin Grove Road and Lynmont Road. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of five speed humps on Milkwood Avenue, between Martin Grove Road and Lynmont Road, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing TC-542, attached to the report (August 29, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Milkwood Avenue, between Martin Grove Road and Lynmont Road. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Milkwood Avenue.
