This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that stopping be prohibited at all times on both sides of Samba Drive between Sheppard Avenue West and a point 32.2 metres north. The proposed amendment will facilitate the installation of In-Road Flexible Speed Signs as part of the City's ongoing efforts to improve road safety and encourage compliance with the posted speed limit.

The Director, Planning, Design, and Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council prohibits stopping at all times on both sides of Samba Drive, between Sheppard Avenue West and a point 32.2 metres north.
