Authorized the installation of Traffic Calming (3 speed humps) on Harrow Drive, between Culford Road and Amesbury Drive, generally as shown in Attachment 2, Drawing Number TC-607, to the report (November 7, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Harrow Drive, between Culford Road and Amesbury Drive. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the updated Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Harrow Drive.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council authorize the installation of Traffic Calming (3 speed humps) on Harrow Drive, between Culford Road and Amesbury Drive, generally as shown on the attached Drawing Number TC-607, dated October 2025 from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
