City Council suspend Duron Ontario Ltd.'s and any affiliated persons, as defined in Chapter 195, eligibility to bid on or be awarded any City of Toronto contracts as a supplier of goods and/or services or as a subcontractor to such a supplier, including any options, renewals or extensions of existing contracts, for a period of five (5) years commencing upon the date of approval of this report.

2. City Council direct the Chief Procurement Officer, in consultation with the Executive Director, Social Development, Finance and Administration and the Chief People Officer, to review any impacts resulting from City Council's decision on Item GG19.17 on unionized construction workers, including those employed pursuant to the Community Benefits Framework, and any active Community Benefits Agreements in the City's current labour trades contractual obligations in the construction industry, including with the Labourers' International Union of North America further to the requirements contained in Item 2019.MM8.51.
