Why is this story here?
RoutineAppointment of board members is routine governance. Two public positions and one chair selection are genuine decisions but bounded to a single board and reversible without institutional cost. No policy change, no budget departure, no precedent.Invisible to residentsBoard appointments have no effect on an ordinary resident's week. Only people directly involved in Sankofa Square operations or governance notice this happening.
Stories are ordered by how much weight a decision carries and how directly it reaches daily life. They rise as a decision date approaches and fall as they age.
