Decision

Appointments of two public members and a chair to the Sankofa Square Board of Management were confirmed.

Why is this story here?
RoutineThis is a routine appointment of board members to an existing cultural facility board. Nothing in the city's institutional authority, budget control, or policy changes as a result. A future council can reappoint or remove board members without reversing any substantive decision.Invisible to residentsEven once the appointments take effect, a resident experiences no change. The board manages the space, but that internal governance has no daily-life footprint for the general public.

Stories are ordered by how much weight a decision carries and how directly it reaches daily life. They rise as a decision date approaches and fall as they age.
