Transportation Services is recommending the designation of Elsmere Avenue, between the east side of Weston Road and easterly limit of Elsmere Avenue, as a through highway which will clearly define the right-of-way and enhance safety for all road users.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council designate Elsmere Avenue between the east side of Weston Road and easterly limit of Elsmere Avenue as a through highway.
