This report presents the recommended 2026 annual objectives for the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO for the review and approval of the CreateTO - Human Resources Committee at their meeting on February 20, 2026. Should the Committee have feedback on the recommended annual objectives at their February 20 meeting, staff will amend Confidential Attachment 1. A revised Confidential Attachment 1 would then be submitted directly to the Board of Directors, CreateTO as part of this item for approval at the March 6, 2026 meeting.

This approach enables the Committee to discharge its mandate vis-à-vis recommending annual objectives for the Chief Executive Officer to the Board, and ensure timely incorporation into CreateTO performance management processes and organizational work plan.

The Board of Directors, CreateTO approve the 2026 annual objectives for the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO as detailed in Confidential Attachment 1. 2. The Board of Directors, CreateTO direct that the information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety, as it deals with personal matters about an identifiable person and with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Board of Directors, CreateTO.
