Sign Variance Committee is asked to decide a sign appeal at 2075 Bayview Avenue

Sign Variance Committee is asked to decide an appeal by Permit World Consulting of a refusal to allow an illuminated wall sign on D-Wing at 2075 Bayview Avenue. If granted, the variance would allow one first-party sign with static copy on the north elevation of that building wing.

Why is this story here?
ContainedA single-site variance for one wall sign at one address. It is bounded and could be reversed without much cost, which passes the first reasoning test for real-but-contained.Touches a narrow groupIf the variance were granted, one sign on one building at one address would change. Only people at or near that site would notice.

Stories are ordered by how much weight a decision carries and how directly it reaches daily life. They rise as a decision date approaches and fall as they age.
