The CEO's Report was created in 2012, replacing the Chief General Manager's Report. Over time, it has evolved into a focused monthly overview to support performance tracking and is submitted to the TTC Board for information. Copies of the report are also forwarded to Members of Toronto City Council, the City Manager and the City Chief Financial Officer, and made available on https://www.ttc.ca/transparency-and-accountability/CEOs-Report The CEO's Report offers a rotating review of service delivery performance across the TTC's transit modes.
