This report summarizes the discussions at the Tenant Liaison Consultation meeting held on January 20, 2020. Leading the meeting were Co-hosts Councillor Karygiannis and Mr. Howard Lichtman. Exhibition Place staff in attendance included Don Boyle, Chief Executive Officer; Hardat Persaud, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary; Laura Purdy, General Manager; Mark Goss, General Manager, Operations; Kelvin Seow, Director, Stakeholder Management and Special Projects; Gilles Bouchard, Director of Event Management Services; Catherine de Nobriga, Tenant Coordinator; Tony Porter, Director, Parking and Security Services; Debbie Sanderson, Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer; and Jennifer Foster, Administrative Assistant to the General Manager.

Twelve tenants were present, representing the following organizations: Canadian National Exhibition Association, City of Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation, Hotel X Toronto, Liberty Entertainment Group, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, Queen Elizabeth Theatre / Fountainblu Dining Room, Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, Medieval Times, Riding Academy at the Horse Palace, and Toronto Event Centre. In addition to the tenants, a select group of show managers from major events were invited along with the City of Toronto "NEXT" Planning team to discuss the Master Plan, and how it affects the tenants and the events on the grounds at Exhibition Place.
