The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place: 1. Approved a five (5) year occupancy arrangement with the City of Toronto for the Police Services Board's Mounted Unit commencing on January 1, 2020 and expiring on December 31, 2024; for the premises located within the Horse Palace occupied by the Toronto Police Service Mounted Unit on the same terms and conditions as the existing lease and the terms outlined in Appendix A to the report (June 10, 2020) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place.

This report recommends that the Board approve a five (5) year occupancy arrangement with The City of Toronto for the Police Services Board ("PSB") for its Mounted Unit commencing on January 1, 2020 and expiring on December 31, 2024; for the premises within the Horse Palace which is presently occupied by the Toronto Police Service Mounted Unit Head Quarters, substantively on the terms and conditions of the existing lease and the terms outlined in Appendix A of this report.

The Chief Executive Officer recommends that: 1. The Board approve a five (5) year occupancy arrangement with the City of Toronto for the Police Services Board's Mounted Unit commencing on January 1, 2020 and expiring on December 31, 2024; for the premises located within the Horse Palace occupied by the Toronto Police Service Mounted Unit on the same terms and conditions as the existing lease and the terms outlined in Appendix A of this report.
