This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending westbound right turns be prohibited at all times at the intersection of Pendeen Avenue and Bexley Crescent. The proposed right-turn prohibition will reinforce the existing one-way southbound operation on Bexley Crescent, between Jane Street and Pendeen Avenue, and reduce potential vehicle conflicts.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit westbound right-turns at all times on Pendeen Avenue at Bexley Crescent.
