administration services, due to the extended duration of construction associated with unanticipated utility conflicts at eight (8) locations; and an additional nine (9) culverts that required replacement with larger culverts (rather than rehabilitation of the existing structures as originally planned) to convey higher flows and meet climate resiliency requirements as recommended by the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code, the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.
