Toronto Parking Authority executed an agreement (the Agreement) to sell the lands municipally known as 20 Castlefield Avenue and 565 Duplex Avenue (the City Lands) to 2500 Yonge Street Limited (the Purchaser). The City of Toronto did not approve the sale of the City Lands as provided for in the Agreement. Confidential Attachment 1 contains information pertaining to potential litigation and contains advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.

The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority direct that the confidential instructions in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential at the discretion of the City Solicitor and the balance of the information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains advice which is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
