Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (May 4, 2023) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Request for Quotation, Ariba Document Number 3768751364 Description: For Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Oil Analysis, Motor Current Analysis, Ultrasound Analysis, Ferrography Analysis, or any other predictive technology for the City of Toronto's Toronto Water and Corporate Real Estate Management Divisions from the date of award to March 31, 2024, with the option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods.
