Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (December 15, 2022) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Request for Quotation, Ariba Document Number 3709344674 and Contract Number 23TR-OM-100-SAM-SB Description: For non-exclusive supply, delivery and warranty of Aluminum Sign Blanks for the City of Toronto for a period of two (2) years, starting from the date of award to December 31, 2024, with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year period at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).
