Approved the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement, set out in Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment - Appendix A to the report (May 25, 2023) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place, between the Board of Governors of Exhibition Place and International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, District Council 46. 2.
