Request for Quotations were requested and received by four (4) suppliers, the recommendation is to approve procurement of cable meeting the industry requirements and specifications indicated. This project is both time and weather sensitive to meet stakeholders and operational requirements.

On May 9, 2023, the Chair of the Board in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer of Exhibition Place approved this contract award pursuant to the authority under the Board Financial By-law 2-18, Article X and seek concurrence of the Board.
