The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place: 1. Approved the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement, set out in Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment - Appendix A to the report (May 25, 2023) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place, between the Board of Governors of Exhibition Place and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 353. 2. Authorized staff to make the necessary amendments to rates of pay and other matters identified as agreed changes to the collective agreement in the Memorandum of Agreement (Confidential Attachment - Appendix A) and in Confidential Attachment 1 (May 25, 2023) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place.

The Collective Agreement between the Board of Governors of Exhibition Place and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 353 (IBEW 353) expired on December 31, 2021. This report outlines the terms of a Memorandum of Agreement attached as Confidential Attachment - Appendix A that was ratified by IBEW 353 on April 24, 2023, and pending Board of Governors approval, would be the basis of a four (4) Collective Agreement with the Board, starting on January 1, 2022 with an expiry date of December 31, 2025.

The Chief Executive Officer recommends that: 1. The Board approve the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement, set out in Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment - Appendix A, between the Board of Governors of Exhibition Place and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 353. 2. The Board authorize staff to make the necessary amendments to rates of pay and other matters identified as agreed changes to the collective agreement in the Memorandum of Agreement (Confidential Attachment - Appendix A) and in Confidential Attachment 1.
