Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (November 28, 2024) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Request for Quotation Document Number 4635793605 Description: For the supply of Roof Repair and Maintenance Services for the following Divisions within the City of Toronto as and when required by various City Divisions, including Corporate Real Estate Management, Toronto Shelter and Support Services and Senior Services and Long-Term Care from date of award for a three (3) year period with the option to renew the Contract for two (2) separate one (1) year periods, at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.
