Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (April 4, 2024) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Request for Quotation Doc4380904741 Description: For the non-exclusive exclusive supply of all labour, materials, parts, tools and equipment necessary to perform repairs, maintenance, overhauls and service calls of Detroit Diesel engines for the City of Toronto's Fire Services Division, for a period of one (1) year from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods.
