The award is for an initial contract period of three (3) years from the date of award, with the City having the option to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) separate one (1) year terms. Should the option(s) be exercised, the Division will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions. The City will issue a single agreement with the Recommended Supplier and provide a separate Blanket Contract for each participating division.
