Authorized the installation of 10 traffic calming (speed humps) on Faircroft Boulevard, between Kingston Road and Balcarra Avenue/Pine Ridge Drive (south intersection), generally as shown in Attachment 2, Drawing Number TC-634, to the report (February 2, 2026) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Faircroft Boulevard, between Kingston Road and Balcarra Avenue/Pine Ridge Drive (south intersection). Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Faircroft Boulevard.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council authorize the installation of 10 traffic calming (speed humps) on Faircroft Boulevard, between Kingston Road and Balcarra Avenue/Pine Ridge Drive (south intersection), generally as shown in Attachment 2, Drawing Number TC-634, dated January 2026, from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
