Preservation Board to decide on heritage designation for 8 Arnold Avenue

Ward 5, York South-Weston

Toronto Preservation Board is asked to decide whether City Council should state its intention to designate 8 Arnold Avenue, a red-brick farmhouse in Rockcliffe-Smythe, under the Ontario Heritage Act. Staff found the house meets three of the Ontario Regulation 9/06 criteria, and designation would let council review any alterations or demolition. No vote has been recorded yet.
