Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (May 16, 2019) from the Chief Purchasing Officer: Call Number: Request for Quotation No. 6102-19-0142 Description: For the non-exclusive supply of all labour, materials, parts, warranty, tools and equipment necessary to perform repairs, maintenance, overhauls, and service calls of Cummins Diesel Engines for the City of Toronto's Toronto Fire Services and Toronto Paramedic Services Divisions from August 1, 2019, to July 31, 2020, with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).
