Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (August 28, 2025) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Request for Tender Doc4885106821, Contract Number 25TW-DC-307OCS Description: Installation of new residential water and sewer service connections and associated work at various locations within the City of Toronto - Service Area 2 (25TW-DC-307OCS) from the date of award to September 30, 2026, with the option in favour of the City to extend the term of the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to one (1) additional separate one (1) year period at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.
