Initial award shall be from date of award to November 30, 2023 with the option to renew the contract for two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods. Should the option period(s) be exercised then the General Manager of Seniors Services and Long-Term Care will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
