maintenance, services, supplies, tools, apparatus, transportation, equipment and incidentals necessary for the Sweeping and Flushing of Paved Access Roads, Parking Areas and Tipping Floors for the City of Toronto, Solid Waste Management Services Division, for a period of three (3) years from date of award, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) separate one (1) year periods.
