Due to operational needs, Corporate Security has decided to retain only one (1) additional option year period instead of three (3) additional option year periods. Should the option be exercised, then the Executive Director of Corporate Real Estate Management will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions. The Request for Proposal is structured to award up to three (3) separate contracts to up to three (3) highest scoring proponents meeting requirements of the Request for Proposal.
