Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (May 26, 2022) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Request for Quotation, Ariba Document Number 3385384678 Description: For the non-exclusive supply, delivery and hydrostatic testing of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Cylinders for the City of Toronto's Fire Services (TFS), for a period of one (1) year from date of award, with the option to renew the contracts for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods.
