Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (April 12, 2019) from the Chief Purchasing Officer: Call Number: Request for Quotation 3204-18-7229, Contract No. 18TW-DC-312OCS Description: The non-exclusive provision of hydraulic flushing, cleaning and closed circuit television inspection of both service lateral drains and main-line sewers for planned work (site servicing, pre and post development, basement flooding, etc.) in various locations, City-wide, from the date of award to December 31, 2019 with the option to renew for one (1) additional, separate one (1) year period at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).
