Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (September 12, 2019) from the Chief Purchasing Officer: Call Number: Request for Quotation No. 6034-19-0067 Description: For the non-exclusive supply, delivery and pick up of Bio Hazardous waste containers including the disposal of Bio Hazardous Waste, Sharps and replacement of Sharps containers and the supply of Bio Hazardous waste boxes and liners for a period of one (1) year from the date of Award with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods for the City of Toronto's various Divisions.
