Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (May 26, 2021) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Ariba Doc Number 2620925995 Description: For the non-exclusive Analyses of Drinking Water, Wastewater and Environmental Samples for Various Laboratory locations from June 1, 2021 to April 30, 2023, with the option to renew the Contract for three (3) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s) all in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in the Request for Quotation.
