Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (September 10, 2020) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Sourcewell RFP No. 032119 Description: After reviewing this Sourcewell Request for Proposal and Contract, Fleet Services will piggyback on the Sourcewell Contract with CNH Industrial America LLC and issue a purchase order to their local dealer, Strongco Limited Partnership for non-exclusive supply and delivery of Seven (7) various Heavy Construction Equipment with related accessories and attachments, with option to purchase an additional Twenty-Seven (27) units in 2021, Thirty (30) units in 2022 and Twenty (20) units in 2023, pending budget availability.
